Chronic Sinusitis
▾
Indications: Persistent nasal congestion, facial pain, headaches, post-nasal drip, and decreased sense of smell due to sinus inflammation.
Treatment:
- Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS): A minimally invasive procedure to clear sinus blockages and restore drainage.
- Balloon Sinuplasty: Non-surgical dilation of sinus openings for mild-to-moderate cases.
Deviated Nasal Septum (DNS)
▾
Indications: Nasal obstruction, snoring, breathing difficulty, and frequent nosebleeds.
Treatment:
- Septoplasty: Surgical correction of the deviated nasal septum to improve airflow and nasal function.
- Often combined with Turbinate Reduction to enhance results.
Tonsillitis / Recurrent Throat Infections
▾
Indications: Frequent sore throats, difficulty swallowing, sleep apnea in children.
Treatment:
- Tonsillectomy: Surgical removal of the tonsils under general anesthesia.
- Adenoidectomy may also be performed in children with chronic nasal obstruction.
Hearing Loss & Deafness
▾
Indications: Congenital or acquired hearing loss, failed medical management.
Treatment:
- Cochlear Implant Surgery: For patients with severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss.
- Myringotomy with Grommet Insertion: For children with recurrent ear infections and fluid buildup.
- Tympanoplasty / Ossiculoplasty: Middle ear reconstruction in chronic ear diseases.
Nasal Polyps
▾
Indications: Nasal blockage, reduced smell, frequent sinus infections.
Treatment:
- Polypectomy: Surgical removal of nasal polyps, often performed endoscopically.
- Often combined with FESS for comprehensive sinus care.
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) & Snoring
▾
Indications: Loud snoring, daytime fatigue, apnea episodes during sleep.
Treatment:
- Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP)
- Septoplasty & Turbinate Surgery
- Radiofrequency Tissue Reduction or Palatal Implants
Vocal Cord Disorders / Hoarseness
▾
Indications: Chronic hoarseness, voice fatigue, nodules or cysts on vocal cords.
Treatment:
- Microlaryngeal Surgery
- Laser Removal of Vocal Cord Lesions
- Post-operative speech therapy support.
Thyroid & Parathyroid Surgery
▾
Indications: Thyroid nodules, goiter, thyroid cancer, hyperparathyroidism.
Treatment:
- Thyroidectomy (partial or total)
- Parathyroidectomy
- Performed with nerve monitoring to preserve voice function.
